Financial Controller to Tink!

About the role

As a Financial Controller at Tink you’re responsible for the overall control and understanding of the actual financial figures in all entities and at group level. You are responsible for collecting, reviewing, analyzing and adjusting data. In the role you will be preparing and conducting a review and analysis of the balance sheet and income statement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as part of each closing process. In addition, you own the internal as well as external financial reporting.

You will be part of a growing finance function, reporting to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control. 

The role also includes:

  • Maintain accrual schedules, make bookings, follow-up and review for example bonuses, major investments, Transfer pricing and similar.
  • Responsible for Parent Company reporting including routines and output
  • Maintain schedules and reconciliations of Swedish GAAP and US GAAP adjustments.
  • Ensure that the group Group Chart of accounts (CoA) is adhered to.
  • Continuously develop routines and processes within finance to become more efficient.
  • Support the team with support in complex calculations and bookings etc.

About you

Experience 

  • A degree within Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • +2 years experience of a similar role – as a financial controller, accountant or auditor.
  • High analytical ability – can zoom out and see everything from a group perspective.
  • Understand what works at group level, preferably have worked with group structure before.
  • Experience of working with complex matters.
  • Professional user of MS Excel and Office.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
